Identifying and fixing any technical issues you may be experiencing, providing advice on how to use new technology with ongoing maintenance and monitoring, ensuring your systems are running smoothly and securely.

 INVESTMENT OPTIONS 

Monthly Retainer Hours

*Fine Print Retainer Hour packages guarantees availability and priority over Ad-Hoc / PAYG clients. Rates include time spent on assignment, liaison with client (telephone, email or face-to-face) and initial briefings. Any additional specific costs (travel, stationary, software etc.) incurred will be charged separately at cost price, this will be discussed before applied. Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Hours cannot be rolled over and will expire at the end of each month. As of writing this our office hours are: Monday – Thursday: 9.30am to 5:30pm. Friday: 9:30am to 4:00pm. Support outside of these times, or any urgent work, may be possible but will need to be discussed and agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance and may incur an additional charge.
